Iterating three times a year, Zeekr, which has been constantly patching, has filled the last gap in its product offering.

After continuous “patching,” ZEEKR has finally begun to address its shortcomings in the field of intelligence.

On August 13th, ZEEKR Automobile officially released the all-new 2025 models ZEEKR 001 and 007. The changes in these new models are mainly focused on intelligent driving, smart cockpit, and power battery, which can be said to have filled the gaps of the 2024 models.

 In terms of intelligent driving, the 2025 models 001 and 007 of ZEEKR have essentially shifted from the “Mobileye + rule-based algorithm” to the “NVIDIA + end-to-end” driving solution. In the smart cockpit, the 2025 models 001 and 007 of ZEEKR are the first to implement AI large models in vehicles, truly entering the era of proactive intelligence.

It is worth mentioning that ZEEKR also highlighted the release of the Gold Brick Battery 2.0, which can charge from 10% to 80% in just 10.5 minutes at the fastest.

In terms of pricing, the new models are more realistic! After so many upgrades, the price of the 2025 ZEEKR 001 is still maintained between 269,000 yuan and 329,000 yuan.

However, the 2025 ZEEKR 001 has also introduced a more entry-level version, namely the WE version rear-wheel drive model equipped with a 95kWh battery, which has reduced the starting price of the ZEEKR 001 to 259,000 yuan, once again setting a new record for the lowest price in the history of ZEEKR 001.

The new 007, apart from the top configuration four-wheel drive performance version, all other versions have a price reduction of 20,000 to 30,000 yuan, with the overall price range being between 209,900 yuan and 299,900 yuan.

The 2025 ZEEKR 001, the deepest feeling of being stabbed for old car owners From the initially criticized car machine system, to the 2024 model’s car machine system’s underlying chip upgrade to 8295, and now to the 2025 model filling the gap in intelligent driving, ZEEKR 001 has finally begun to become a “complete entity.”

From ZEEKR’s perspective, the intelligence of ZEEKR 001 has always been a key point criticized by users and is also the content that it has been committed to iterating and optimizing. The 2025 ZEEKR 001 has fully updated the AI large model in the smart cockpit, making the car machine system more convenient to use.

In terms of intelligent driving, except for the 259,000 yuan version equipped with the Mobileye driving solution, other versions have all been upgraded with LiDAR and dual Orin X chips. This undoubtedly feels like a wave of “leeks” being harvested for old car owners. This is because the intelligent driving system of the 2023 and 2024 versions of ZEEKR 001 still continues to use the Mobileye driving solution, that is, two EyeQ5H computing platforms (single chip computing power of 24TOPS) + rule-based algorithms, except that the domain control of the 2024 version has been upgraded from 100M to 1000M compared to the 2023 version, and the 4 short-range ultrasonic radars have been upgraded to long-range ultrasonic radars.

However, just a few months later, the intelligent driving of the 2025 ZEEKR 001 has been upgraded to the NVIDIA + end-to-end version, which will have a huge gap in intelligent driving experience. The ZEEKR 007 released in December last year not only has a high-speed NZP that can be used nationwide upon delivery, but the city commute has also entered the internal testing phase, with LCC capabilities in line with the first echelon, and also supports automatic parking of stereo parking spaces.

This is largely due to the mature NVIDIA solution. ZEEKR 007’s intelligent driving comes in two versions, the entry-level version uses a single Orin X with vision, supporting high-speed NZP; the high-end version uses dual Orin X, as well as a LiDAR from RoboSense, capable of achieving urban NZP and commuting mode.

 On the algorithm level, the adoption of BEV+Transformer and the addition of occupancy networks also enable ZEEKR 007 to have the capability of general obstacle recognition. Obviously, EyeQ5H cannot meet the computing power requirements of the vast intelligent driving 2.0, and these intelligent driving capabilities were not updated on the 2024 ZEEKR 001. On the 2025 ZEEKR 001, in addition to the low-end version still using the Mobileye driving solution, the other four versions are all dual Orin X solutions. Of course, in addition to intelligent driving, the 2025 ZEEKR 001 has also been updated in other aspects.

 In terms of appearance, the 2025 ZEEKR 001 continues the design of the current model, and the new car mainly upgrades the Qualcomm 8295 chip, 35.5-inch AR-HUD head-up display, standard 800V high-voltage platform, LiDAR, and Yamaha surround sound high-end audio. The previous single-cavity air suspension of ZEEKR 001 has also been upgraded to the same dual-cavity air suspension as the 009 model, which can adjust the travel of up and down 70mm in 5 levels. At the same time, the maximum power of the two-wheel drive model of the new ZEEKR 001 has increased from 200kW to 310kW, and the maximum power of the four-wheel drive model has increased from 400kW to 580kW.

The new ZEEKR 007, with a full upgrade of battery, smart cockpit, and intelligent driving Compared with ZEEKR 001 users, the controversy over the updated version of the 007 model among online users is relatively less, after all, ZEEKR 007 has been released in December last year, and it has been 8 months since then. The 2025 ZEEKR 007 has also achieved a comprehensive upgrade in the fields of battery, intelligent driving, and smart cockpit.

In terms of power performance, ZEEKR stated that in the era of traditional fuel vehicles, it would take “at least three to five years” to improve the performance of an engine, but in the intelligent era, improving performance is much easier than before. On the 2025 ZEEKR 007, ZEEKR has extended the electric drive strategy of the 007 Kung Fu Yellow to ordinary models, with the zero-to-hundred acceleration performance of the four-wheel drive version improved from 3.5 seconds to 3.4 seconds, and the rear-wheel drive model from 5.4 seconds to 5.0 seconds.

At the same time, ZEEKR emphasized that since it is a software update, current 007 users should also be able to enjoy it. ZEEKR will push it to all 007 owners for free in the form of OTA within the month. However, there is one thing that only the 2025 007 owners can enjoy, which is the Gold Brick Battery 2.0.

In December last year, ZEEKR released a new product from its vast energy brand – the Gold Brick Battery, which achieved a maximum charging rate of 4.5C and a maximum discharging rate of 16C, with a maximum charging power of 500kW, and can replenish more than 500 kilometers of energy in 15 minutes. The 2025 ZEEKR 007 released this time uses the Gold Brick Battery 2.0, with the charging rate increased to 5.5C, even surpassing general ternary lithium batteries, and can charge from 10% to 80% in just 10.5 minutes.

Specifically, on the 2025 ZEEKR 007, the Gold Brick Battery 2.0 with a capacity of 75kWh can replenish 473km of energy in 10 minutes and fully charge 688km in 20 minutes. At the same time, ZEEKR also revealed new progress in the charging experience: a centralized solution for unmanned valet parking and automatic charging. From finding a pile in the parking lot to charging, users do not need to operate by themselves throughout the process. After charging is completed, the vehicle can automatically complete the settlement, automatically drive away from the pile, find a non-charging pile for parking, and improve the overall efficiency of the energy replenishment network.

In terms of intelligent driving, the 2025 ZEEKR 007 comes standard with LiDAR, and the original vast intelligent driving has been upgraded to version 2.0. At the press conference, ZEEKR demonstrated the newly upgraded night AEB function, with a maximum effective speed of 150km/h, which can effectively reduce the risk of collision.

On the other hand, the addition of the end-to-end large model has also greatly improved ZEEKR’s urban NZP and fingertip parking capabilities, even for extremely narrow parking spaces without lines on the ground, the system can also complete automatic parking in an unmanned state.

ZEEKR stated that it will start batch push of the commuting mode in September and achieve full push to all users nationwide by the end of the year. In addition, the commuting mode will rely on the capabilities of the large model for continuous upgrades, and pass through scenes such as communities, parking lots, and toll stations.
